Former Punjab Cabinet minister Navjot Singh Sidhu set party circles abuzz with speculation on Tuesday with a tweet that said that the opposition AAP has “always recognised his vision and work for Punjab”.
Several leaders wasted no time to say that he was set to join the AAP. Sources close to Sidhu, however, said that the tweet was interpreted wrongly as he was “responding to Bhagwant Mann, who was egging on him to react on Congress getting crores from thermal plants owners”.
